Your team
Operations division provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
You will join the Regulatory Transactional team, which is part of the Reporting Services. This team ensures the daily production of transactional regulatory reporting and monitors the transmission of data to various "Trade Repositories" in compliance with market supervisory authorities' requirements and the needs of our clients.
Your role
- Monitoring the daily production and transfer of files to "trade repositories”, as well as handling rejections for MiFIR, EMIR, FinFrag Art. 39, FinFrag Art. 104, MAS, HKMA, HKEX, HKIDR and CFTC reporting.
- Testing new features and performing non-regression testing for our reporting.
- Working with the business lines and clients to implement reporting services/offerings.
- Updating procedures and documentation related to your activities.
- Documenting and handling production incidents and informing management about issues and/or delays in production.
Your profile
Hard skills
₋ One to three years’ experience in the banking or financial services sector.
₋ Experience in producing and performing quality control of banking reports.
₋ Expert user of the MS Office suite.
₋ Strong understanding of derivatives cycle.
₋ Excellent command of French and English.
Soft skills

Qualifications
