80% - 100% Lucerne

We are looking for a Head Chef (a) by arrangement

(no hourly room rate)

These are your tasks

You organize the kitchen station and work independently (in the production kitchen and occasionally on the ships)
You ensure a smooth daily routine
You are the contact person for kitchen and office staff
You prepare the orders for the following day.
You ensure the consistent implementation of the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)

What we expect from you

You have completed training as a cook (EFZ)
You have several years of professional experience in a production kitchen and ideally bring some leadership experience
You speak fluent German
You enjoy working in a team
