Your role:
We are an established Swiss fund management company based in Zurich and part of the LLB Group. As part of succession planning, we are filling the position of Team Leader Fund Administration for spring 2026.
- You lead the four-member fund administration team in daily operations.
- You are additionally responsible for the company accounting and coordinate this activity with the specialists of the LLB Group.
- You form the competence center for all fund accounting questions in daily business and fund projects.
- You bear the final responsibility for compliance with the various processes and controls in daily business.
Your education and experience:
- You have a higher commercial or banking-related education.
- You have solid knowledge in accounting and securities.
- You have already led a fund administration.
- Ideally, you have experience dealing with illiquid asset classes.
Your working style:
- You have a systematic, structured, independent, and responsible way of working.
- You use scope for design – even if it lies outside the comfort zone.
- You set high standards and support the development of your employees to achieve goals together.
