We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Nursing Expert APN Long-Term Care with Focus on Palliative Care 90% - 100%
What you can achieve with us:
- Professional support, promotion, accompaniment, advice, and empowerment of the nursing teams
- Analysis of complex nursing situations with the nursing staff, professional advice, development of solutions, and support in implementation
- External needs assessment in consultation with the nursing management in complex situations
- Close collaboration with the responsible quality expert to ensure nursing quality and evidence-based nursing practice
- Development and implementation of scientifically based clinical interventions, guidelines, and concepts
- Organization and conduct of training on specific nursing topics as well as management of practice-oriented projects
- Conducting quality surveys and initiating improvement measures
- Leading the regularly scheduled work meetings of the nursing quality managers of the residential groups
- Support and advice for the nursing quality managers of the residential groups and strengthening their role in everyday practice
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and applying own expertise with residents, relatives, nursing staff, medical service, and other professional groups for participative decision-making
- External network maintenance, e.g., Palliative Care
- Responsibility for individual and high-quality, evidence-based nursing, advice, and support of nursing professionals in complex nursing situations as well as regular participation in nursing
What you bring:
- Completed studies in nursing science (MScN) and additional training in Palliative Care
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in acute medical, geriatric, and palliative care settings
- Communicative and integrative personality with high social competence
- Pedagogical and advisory skills
- Systemic thinking as well as the ability to envision future developments in geriatric healthcare
- Ability and willingness to co-develop our innovative nursing and care model and our organization
- Independent and resident-centered working style
