In our Old Age and Survivors' Benefits Team of the Pension Fund, professional and social competence are at the center. As a clerk, you also actively contribute to ensuring that our insured persons and their survivors are competently cared for and receive their benefits timely and correctly.
We are looking for a thoughtful and team-oriented contact person for our German- and Italian-speaking insured persons with knowledge in social insurance starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your contributions
- You process benefit cases (old age and death cases) in German and Italian.
- You check the eligibility for benefits, calculate the entitlement, and pay out the benefits.
- You verify the entitlement to benefits for ongoing pensions.
- You handle telephone as well as written inquiries in the professional area in German and Italian.
What convinces us
- You have a commercial vocational training (EFZ) and several years of professional experience in the social insurance sector.
- You have very good German and Italian skills and can independently handle correspondence in both languages (level C1 or native language).
- You are technically proficient and enjoy process-oriented and administrative work.
- You work precisely and structured, act in a team-oriented manner, and contribute to good team spirit with your excellent interpersonal skills.
