About the job

Your opportunities:

• You respond to event notifications from alarm and security systems.
• You operate fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems at customers and conduct personal checks.
• You provide first aid in personal emergencies or, if necessary, offer medical emergency services.
• You support the Securitas employees on duty.
• You process customer orders productively and take on various administrative tasks.
• You are co-responsible for technical maintenance (material handling / vehicles / radio, etc.).

What you bring:

• You are reliable, very flexible, and have strong social skills.
• You like to take responsibility and are used to working independently.
• You keep a cool head even in hectic moments.
• You enjoy working in shifts as well as on weekends (mainly late and night shifts).
• You have a category B driving license (own car is an advantage).
• You have an impeccable reputation. 
• You have very good IT skills.
• You have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
• You have a confident appearance, are strong in communication, and master challenging situations with composure.
