- You respond to event notifications from alarm and security systems.
- You operate fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems at customers and conduct personal checks.
- You provide first aid in personal emergencies or, if necessary, offer medical emergency services.
- You support the Securitas employees on duty.
- You process customer orders productively and take on various administrative tasks.
- You are co-responsible for technical maintenance (material handling / vehicles / radio, etc.).
What you bring:
- You are reliable, very flexible, and have strong social skills.
- You like to take responsibility and are used to working independently.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic moments.
- You enjoy working in shifts as well as on weekends (mainly late and night shifts).
- You have a category B driving license (own car is an advantage).
- You have an impeccable reputation.
- You have very good IT skills.
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
- You have a confident appearance, are strong in communication, and master challenging situations with composure.
