With our comprehensive and individual legal advice as well as our strong network with the teams of auditing, tax consulting, transaction and management consulting at EY, we lead our clients into the future and advise nationally and globally positioned companies on all legal matters.
Your main tasks
- Legal advice to management and specialist departments on all matters of corporate law (OR, Merger Act, etc.)
- Support of M&A transactions, joint ventures and (national and international) restructurings
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (e.g. shareholder agreements, purchase agreements, cooperation agreements)
- Corporate housekeeping for national and international subsidiaries
- Collaboration with external law firms and notaries
- Monitoring legal developments and deriving recommendations for action
- In addition to the mentioned legal areas, you will also work for our other specialist groups if needed, especially in the areas of Private Clients, M&A and Real Estate.
- You will be involved from day one in interesting, complex, international projects and work directly with specialists from our other EY departments and clients
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree in law is required; bar admission or foreign studies (e.g. LL.M.) are an advantage.
- Ideally at least 2 to 5 years of work experience in a law firm, consulting company or legal department of a financial institution. Do you have less experience but are motivated to learn a lot quickly? Please also apply.
- Flexible team player with independent, structured and solution-oriented working style and analytical skills
