Your mission:

provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the care philosophy of HFR and palliative care, working all service shifts
promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming for constant improvement of your interventions
supervise, support, and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity

Your profile:

nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
proven experience in nursing is an asset
experience in a hospital setting is an asset
proficiency in French with knowledge of German (min. level A2)
training in complementary medicine is an asset
proficient with computer tools
dynamic, constructive, and creative spirit
interpersonal skills and communication sense
ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
comfortable with the presence of domestic animals
rigor, flexibility, and autonomy
