Your Tasks
- Management of projects and subprojects in the area of clothing and equipment (safety equipment and weapons), including participation in procurement and tendering procedures
- Development of preliminary projects, feasibility studies and concepts as well as preparation of applications, assessments and protocols
- Management and participation in internal and external meetings, especially in the Equipment Commission (ARK) and in the project "Cross-Corps Renewal Police Uniform (KEP)"
- Function as product manager KEP and central contact person for all questions regarding the project – coordination between corps, manufacturers, suppliers and logistics service providers
- Preparation of instructions, documents, service orders and directives
- Assumption of the controlling function for equipment and logistics transactions at the department level
- Support of the department head "Construction & Logistics" in operational daily business
- Taking over emergency logistics on-call duties
Your Profile
- Completed training in the technical or textile field, supplemented by further education at HF or FH level
- Several years of experience in managing projects in the field of equipment as well as in leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Basic knowledge of the project management method HERMES or willingness to acquire it
- Sound knowledge in the field of public procurement, tenders and material evaluation
- Technical interest as well as a professional, unbiased approach to police protective equipment and weapons
- High customer orientation, resilience and solution-oriented thinking
- Structured and cross-departmental working method with pronounced conceptual strength
- Confident appearance, assertiveness, negotiation skills and target group-oriented communication
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of French
- Driver's license category B
