About the job
Our new hospital with state-of-the-art infrastructure ensures comprehensive outpatient and extended inpatient basic care for the canton of Uri. The Service Excellence team provides well-cared-for and satisfied patients with their customer-oriented and first-class service.
We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement, as a motivated, committed, and flexible employee who is ready to actively shape the future at KSU and work in Service Excellence.
YOUR TASKS
- Excellent, patient-oriented service in the department
- Ordering menus for patients in the menu selection system Orgacard
- Ordering food and drinks as needed in the kitchen
- Responsible for all supply services to the patient
- Inquiring about guests' meal wishes from the wide range, taking into account the various diet types
- If interested and operationally possible, there is the option to additionally work in the restaurant area of our hospital
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a hotel specialist or service specialist EFZ is an advantage – alternatively, you have several years of experience in the service sector, ideally in healthcare
- An open and engaging personality
- Ability to engage with patients and their relatives
- Team player and communicative
