Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of our diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Project development, preparation of concepts for renovations and new buildings
- Client consulting and acquisition, including offer preparation and cost estimation
- Negotiations with customers, authorities, and craftsmen
- Schedule, cost, and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draftsman or draftsman EFZ or a basic craft training
- Further training as a construction manager or technician in building construction HF or architect
- The ability to coordinate yourself in a very independent working environment
- a communicative streak, so meetings are not a nuisance but a welcome means to find solutions
- a cooperative and natural demeanor towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- interest in close collaboration with contractors and specialist planners from an early project stage
- a solution-oriented and team-capable personality
