Hotel and Household Specialist EFZ (a)

Thanks to our cleaning team, our residents and employees at the Special Education Center in Schüpfheim encounter a pleasant and well-maintained environment every day. We involve our residents and maintain close social interaction with them and our employees.

• You reliably take over the independent cleaning and maintenance of the premises – including support with basic cleaning.
• You ensure compliance with hygiene and quality requirements according to our Quality Management System (QMS).
• You actively participate in facility-specific tasks and thus contribute to smooth operations.
• You actively contribute your experience and ideas to the organization and further development of cleaning processes.
• If necessary, you relieve your colleagues at a second location (Wolhusen).

• You have completed training as a Hotel and Household Specialist EFZ or a similar qualification and hold a category B driving license.
• You have already gained valuable experience in the field of cleaning, which you apply with professional competence and care.
• You maintain an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and efficiently shape workflows thanks to your interconnected thinking and good coordination skills.
• Teamwork is important to you, as is respectful handling of the concerns of a social institution. You enjoy working with people with disabilities and approach them with empathy. If you have already completed further education in pedagogy, that is a plus.
• You communicate confidently and clearly thanks to your very good German skills (spoken and written) and have good PC user skills.
