• Preparation of events, especially setting up tables and chairs and assisting with table setting; minor repairs of furniture and equipment
• Breakdown of events, especially clearing tables
• Assistance with mise en place; checking the offices for cleanliness and complete stocking
• Transport of tables, chairs, and other equipment; cleanliness and order in the chair storage rooms
