To strengthen our polishing team, we are looking for a meticulous, rigorous, and reliable person to fill the position of
Polisher (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
Your skills
- Holder of a Polisher CFC or equivalent training
- Proven experience in polishing watch components of at least 5 years. Ideally on bracelets, buckles, and clasps
- You have excellent mastery of polishing, satin finishing, and brightening techniques
- You have a very good aesthetic sensitivity and high standards in terms of visual quality
- You stand out for manual dexterity, precision, and great meticulousness in task execution
- You have knowledge of watch materials (steel, gold, titanium, platinum)
- You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work both independently and in a team
- You identify with the values of respect, responsibility, excellence, inventiveness, and agility
- You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in a production environment
