Clerk Office / Assistant Professorships Practical Studies and Professionalization and Computer Science Education (50%)
University of Teacher Education FHNW, Primary Level Institute
Your tasks:
As a clerk in the office, you work in all study program relevant processes of the office for the primary level study programs and as an assistant to the professorships you support the heads of professorships and lecturers with various tasks:
- participate in professorship projects in administrative processes, e.g. in project application and financial control
- communicate with students and lecturers
- manage data in various systems and databases
- collaborate in a team with other office staff and assistants of other professorships
- support the professorship leadership of Practical Studies and Professionalization and the professorship leadership of Computer Science Education in tasks, e.g. in study year planning, budget and financial planning, event organization as well as in the execution of occasions
- participate in professorship projects in administrative processes, e.g. in project application and financial control
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training and many years of solid professional experience with proven high organizational, coordination and communication skills
- Experience in the education sector or public administration
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as flair for various other ICT applications
- Strong affinity for university topics and enthusiasm for the professional content of teacher education
- Willingness to see complex and rapidly changing tasks as a challenge
- High flexibility, independence as well as loyalty, collegiality and friendliness
