- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- You have professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care.
- You are a balanced personality who approaches our residents with patience and empathy.
- Thanks to your resilience, independent and responsible way of working, as well as your high social competence, you can handle demanding situations at night.
- You have good German skills in spoken and written form – at least level C1. In addition, your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
