As an ICT System Engineer for our security applications in the field of Video Security and Security Management, you are the central contact point for our sales department. You support technicians, project managers, and salespeople in their daily work with our customers.
- Active participation in the evaluation and product provision of proprietary security systems as well as purchased products
- Creating and maintaining system technical documentation as well as creating operating concepts for product- and customer-specific processes and services
- Close cooperation with product management and 2nd level support team
- Conducting training sessions for internal employees
What you bring
- Basic education as an IT specialist EFZ, additionally training and further education in the field of ICT system technology (HF or similar) is desired
- Solid professional experience in system and client engineering
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft architecture
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Experienced in dealing with internal and external customers
- Proactive, mediating, and communicative personality
- Very good German and French skills / good English skills are an advantage
