The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including athletes, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

Main responsibilities
Coordinate the programmes on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the programme guidelines and operational procedures and in close cooperation with other team members (from the unit, Olympic Solidarity and/or IOC), including:
- Analysis and processing of applications and reports, follow up with NOCs and other stakeholders and partners (e.g. training centres, IFs, Universities, CAs, IOC departments) and suppliers, external third-party payments linked to the assigned programmes.
- Ensuring timely payment execution, grant management system changes, testing, updates, and improvement, event management and logistical arrangements linked to programmes, database updates and filing if applicable, reports with data on programme use, guaranteed excellent quality service and advice to NOCs.
- Assume responsibility for new projects as assigned, from planning and coordination to logistics and budget monitoring.
- Keep the project documentation, schedules and files up to date.
- Produce periodic reports and statistics for the programmes.
- Guarantee quality service to internal and external stakeholders, primarily NOCs.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Unit and the team for different projects and support services under their responsibility.
Your profile
Education, language and IT competences
- University degree or higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- English or French fluency, with excellent writing and speaking skills and working knowledge of the other language (knowledge of Spanish or other languages a plus).
- Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules.
- Availability to travel if required.

- Familiarity with the Olympic Movement.
