Job Description

Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
Care of patients during inpatient treatment with a focus on rheumatology, internal medicine, and psychiatry
Recognizing and acting appropriately in crisis situations
Contributing to the further development of nursing in the inpatient setting
Recording and evaluating nursing actions including according to NANDA
Working in a three-shift system (including night shifts)

Qualifications

Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, further training as a Pain Nurse is an advantage
High professional and social competence as well as pronounced customer orientation
Reliability, flexibility, and independence
An open, positive, communicative, and committed personality with strong stress resistance
Passion for the profession and empathy for patients
Knowledge of common IT systems
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills desired
