Certified Nursing Specialist HF, as Deputy Site Manager 60 - 80%
Your tasks
- You take on personnel and professional leadership tasks in the absence of the site management
- You work closely with the site management, e.g. in the area of personnel management / development
- You are responsible for nursing documentation and are available as a knowledgeable contact person for internal and external matters.
- You take responsibility for the professional care and advice of our clients at home and their relatives
- You participate in the case management concept and are co-responsible for the nursing process
- You maintain a supportive interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and with external partners
Your profile
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- You have professional and leadership experience or want to develop as a leader
- You approach challenges in a solution-oriented and innovative way
- You have good MS Office skills
- You need a driver's license and your own car with us
