Rotating Concierge (m/f)

About the job

The Suvretta House in St. Moritz is a traditional luxury hotel where warmth and excellent service are at the center. We are looking for a Rotating Concierge (m/f/d) for the summer season who motivates, supports our team and ensures that our guests feel completely comfortable.

• Ensuring a high quality of service offerings
• Willingness to work at night
• Reception of hotel guests in front of the hotel, at the train station and at Samedan airport
• Organizing guest transport on arrivals and departures, ordering taxis and limousines
• Loading and unloading guest cars
• Organizing guest arrivals and departures, travel planning and booking.
• Mediation of internal and external services and products
• Information services, recommendation and reservation of restaurants, cultural events, hikes, etc.
• Obtaining all information for guests
• Daily maintenance of the lobby, reception, lounge, hotel grounds, parking lots and garages
• Telephone switchboard
• Coat check service

• Several years of experience in similar positions in equivalent hotels
• Communicative
• Good language skills in German and English, Italian are an advantage
• Clean and well-groomed appearance
• Resilience
• Flexibility and team spirit
