Your area of responsibility

- Next Level: Advance the EVO series – quality, robustness, cost, production suitability, and variant management are your playground
- Cost control: Together with development, purchasing, and production, you ensure we stay on track
- Quality counts: You collect feedback from the field and implement improvements
- Sparring for Sales & Marketing: With your input, you push commercial success
- From start to finish: You manage the entire product lifecycle – introduction, maintenance, phase-out – and maintain the balance between standardization and variants
- Hands-on: Supplier visits with purchasing & production to optimize components, reduce costs, and increase quality are part of your routine
- Strategy & Roadmap: You define product strategy, variant maintenance, and series approvals
Your profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a product manager or industrial standardization in mechanical engineering, ideally in manufacturing/production
- Strong communication skills, structured, assertive
- Willingness to regularly work at both locations (Germany and Switzerland)
- Fluent English, good German skills
- Passion for technology and a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on service optimization and customer orientation
