• Design, development, implementation, and quality assurance of courses in the field of social work methodology in initial and continuing education
• Support of learning and educational processes as well as coaching of students (internships, intervision, case workshops)
• Supervision and qualification of CAS, MAS, module, and bachelor theses
• Participation in the acquisition and implementation of our diverse service projects in practice organizations
• Professional development of the subject area

• Master's degree in Social Work or Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g., social sciences, psychology, law)
• Very good expertise in social work methodology with a focus on counseling in statutory social work/social security
• Several years of experience in professional relationship building and process support
• Ability to prepare scientific concepts understandably for different target groups from practice
• Humorous personality, analytical thinker, and independent team player
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss social system and good networking in practice, preferably in Central Switzerland
• Teaching experience in adult education is an advantage
