To support our unloading team in the freight forwarding warehouse, we are looking for you as a Team Leader (m/f/d) full-time at the Freiburg location
Working hours: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
What you bring
- Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational warehouse logistics, ideally in the groupage sector
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a shift, group, or team leader
- Experience in personnel deployment planning and team management
- IT affinity, especially in handling scanner technology and transport management systems
- Strong leadership skills with high social competence
- Assertiveness combined with empathy and team orientation
