The Office for Informatics of the Canton of Thurgau is looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

• Ensuring stable operation and monitoring of assigned applications
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing lifecycle and further developments
• Analyzing and resolving application-side disruptions in collaboration with suppliers and customers
• Interface function between users, IT departments, and external partners
• Taking on project management tasks for small and medium-sized projects
• Creating and maintaining operational and user manuals as well as technical documentation
• Evaluating and validating operational solutions in line with project specifications
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance measures
• Consulting and supporting the optimization and further development of IT solutions

• Completed education in the IT field (HF/FH) with solid technical expertise
• Experience in application management as well as knowledge of relevant processes and requirements
• Confident handling of ITIL V4 and proven IT operational standards
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
• Reliability, independence, and resilience even in demanding situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a professional approach to conflicts
