Event Sales Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Conducting telephone and personal sales talks as well as event arrangements
- Processing inquiries, preparing offers and confirmations
- Coordination between the event department and operational teams
- Sale of hotel room contingents for event groups
- Complaint management and finding solutions for customer concerns
- Participation in the acquisition of new customers as well as support of existing customers
- Support of the sales department in concluding contracts in the MICE segment
- Professional and organizational leadership of a two-person team
What we wish from you
- Completed studies at a Swiss hotel management school or solid professional experience in event management
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a proactive working style that drives projects forward
- Very good IT user skills and confident handling of common tools
- Fluency in languages and joy in communication in several languages
