Your tasks in detail
- Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio of commercial and residential properties
- Professional leadership of assistants or junior property managers
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
- Coordinating and implementing rental activities
- Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
- Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports
Your profile
- A commercial qualification with a specialist certificate in property management is an advantage
- You have at least 3 years of experience in property management
- Fluent German is a must, foreign language skills are a plus
- You are courageous, flexible, and set necessary priorities
- Even as a property professional, you gladly face every new challenge
