Your Tasks
- In addition to physiological births and women in obstetrically complex situations, you also care for pregnant patients in the prenatal ward or women and newborns in the postpartum period.
- Expectant mothers and their partners are cared for by you with empathy, professional competence, and knowledge of complementary methods to provide them with as calm and secure an environment as possible.
- You work closely with the medical service and nursing staff, acting in a solution-oriented and farsighted manner.
- Daytime supervision of students (midwives) is also part of your duties.
Your Profile
- You have a diploma as a midwife FH/HF recognized in Switzerland and ideally have several years of professional experience in a maternity ward.
- You are resilient and value goal-oriented teamwork.
- You perceive rapidly changing and demanding situations as an exciting challenge and are accustomed to passing on your knowledge and competence to others.
