About the Position
At the BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for motor controls and inverter systems. What You Can Achieve
Independent troubleshooting, fault rectification, and repairs (1st-level support) on highly automated production equipment
Time- and condition-based maintenance, servicing, and inspection of systems and components
Calibration of systems as well as performing quality controls of manufacturing processes
Optimization and improvement of systems, robotics, and process workflows in collaboration with engineering
Ensuring comprehensive communication and documentation to guarantee throughput and consistent quality
Active participation in improvement projects and process optimizations
What You Bring
Completed vocational training EFZ as an automation technician, electronics technician, or polymechanic with basic electrical training
Several years of experience in maintenance and/or automation, ideally in highly automated production environments
Solid knowledge in control technology, pneumatics, and robotics (certified training is an advantage)
Confident MS Office skills and routine in creating documentation
Analytical, structured approach to system faults as well as a high sense of responsibility
Willingness to work in shift/weekend operations and to pursue continuous further training; fluent German (C1), English skills are an advantage
