Front Office Supervisor (d/w/m)

• Ensuring smooth operational processes and their continuous improvement in cooperation with the Front Office management
• Professional guest care for an international clientele as well as smooth check-in and check-out
• Responsibility for a structured shift schedule and representation of the Assistant Front Office Manager
• Efficient communication: telephone switchboard and email correspondence
• Competent complaint handling with a focus on guest retention, service quality, and compliance with Marriott and SV standards

• Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally experience in 4- or 5-star chain hotels
• Strong guest and service orientation with attention to detail and polished manners
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Independent, organized, and responsible working style
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and solid knowledge of Opera
