Department:Entity:Cantonal Unemployment Insurance Fund (CCNAC)Activities:At the heart of the CCNAC's legal activity, you work closely with management and play a key role in handling legal cases. You draft legal opinions, provide information to partners as well as users, and ensure clear and well-founded answers to the questions submitted to you. You represent the Fund with insured persons and companies in legal proceedings. In this capacity, you handle the processing of objections, requests for lifting, appeals, as well as criminal proceedings. You prepare hearings rigorously and defend the Fund's interests before the courts. Internally, you are a reference for your colleagues and management, whom you support daily with your legal advice. Finally, you contribute to legal monitoring and updating specialized documentation to ensure reliable and up-to-date information within our entity.Desired profile:You hold a master's degree in law or an equivalent qualification and have already worked in a similar role. Your knowledge of labor law and unemployment insurance is a real asset for success in this position. Endowed with an excellent analytical mind, you know how to write clear and structured content, and you communicate with ease. Autonomous and organized, you manage priorities efficiently, including in demanding or high-pressure contexts. Your flexibility and sense of service allow you to respond professionally to the expectations of your partners as well as users.
