Tasks:

• lead projects in the field of IT infrastructure evolution in the system and workplace context (modern workplace)
• develop project plans, coordinate resources and monitor activity progress
• maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• collaborate on change management towards users
• collaborate on defining technological architectures
• participate in defining guidelines, directives and documentation
• participate in monitoring production systems and contribute to continuous improvement of services provided in terms of efficiency, quality and security

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in IT
• knowledge of IT infrastructures in the business productivity environment (Windows and Linux environments)
• knowledge of IT project management methodologies
• experience in managing technological projects
• experience in designing and managing IT systems in Microsoft and Linux environments
• ability to process and analyze complex data
• good knowledge of telematic network configuration and IT security aspects
• knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting
• teamwork attitude and motivation
• ability to solve problems independently and sense of responsibility
• service orientation, communication skills and relationship with the end user
• methodical, orderly and independent work attitude
• availability to work outside regular hours and participate in on-call shifts
• good knowledge of Italian, at least one other official language and spoken and written English

Preferred qualifications:

• experience in IT operations management (ITOM)
• experience in collecting and correlating system events (SIEM)
• experience in transition to M365
• ITIL Foundation certification

Special notes:

• The IT Consultant I role (class 10) can only be assigned to candidates with at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
• The IT Consultant II role (class 9) will be assigned to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field

Employment conditions:

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
