Mission and area of activity
Administrative management of the Master and coordination with the orientation manager and HES-SO//Master in Lausanne
- Control of module descriptions
- Information, advice, and preparation of documents for STUDENTS and TEACHERS
- Control and analysis of exam questions, management of exam consultation
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of main, remedial, and/or repeat exams
- Organization and coordination of master thesis defenses
- Calculation and entry of grades in IS-Academia
- Management of qualitative monitoring of MA courses, analysis of evaluations
- Planning and coordination of course schedules for instructors while ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordination of instructor logistics (travel, accommodation, materials, etc.)
Organizational and administrative responsibility for HEG-FR events
- Organization and coordination of the Bachelor diploma ceremony
- Organization and coordination of forums, conferences, and other events held at HEG
- Organization and coordination of various fairs and exhibitions
- Organization and coordination of various HEG-FR events in general (Bachelor kick-off, etc.)
Co-responsibility for the GUESSS research project
- Development of the questionnaire for the Swiss GUESSS survey
- Collection of data necessary for the preparation of the Swiss GUESSS report
- Co-authoring the Swiss GUESSS report
- Coordination with the Swiss GUESSS team
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent training
- Proven experience in managing higher education programs or professional practice requiring similar skills
- Perfect command of French, with very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent mastery of administrative and digital tools (Microsoft 365, IS-Academia, Moodle, Moveon, Lime Survey) and ability to adapt to new platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer orientation and determination to provide a quality service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively while being capable of independently managing projects
- Professional demeanor, diplomatic skill, rigor in follow-up, and initiative
