The Suvretta House in St. Moritz is a traditional luxury hotel where warmth and excellent service are at the center. We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d) starting in the summer, who motivates and supports our team and ensures that our guests feel completely comfortable.

• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the housekeeping area on your floor
• Coordination and guidance of the housekeeping team
• Deputizing for the Executive Housekeeper during their absence
• Assistance in organizing and optimal management of the department and planning of operational processes
• Ensuring the highest cleanliness and quality standards in all guest rooms and public areas
• Training new team members and supporting personnel development
• Contact person for guests and internal departments for questions, concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Management of inventory and material stocks on your floor

• Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a leadership role (5* hotel experience is an advantage)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good language skills in English and Italian, German are an advantage
• High service orientation and attention to detail
