as a Store Manager

you take on the leadership of a Starbucks coffeehouse and the responsibility for the operating result while adhering to budget guidelines
you positively recognize your team for outstanding performance and offer empowering coaching
you are responsible for the recruitment, training, support, and development of your partners
you determine the daily and weekly personnel requirements (staffing planning)
you take responsibility for the entire purchasing and presentation of our products in the store

as a Store Manager, you are also (about 80%) active in the operational area and

offer all customers high-quality beverages and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
provide legendary service to all customers and build a connection with them at the first encounter
approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
