as a Store Manager- you take on the leadership of a Starbucks coffeehouse and the responsibility for the operating result while adhering to budget guidelines
- you positively recognize your team for outstanding performance and offer empowering coaching
- you are responsible for the recruitment, training, support, and development of your partners
- you determine the daily and weekly personnel requirements (staffing planning)
- you take responsibility for the entire purchasing and presentation of our products in the store
- offer all customers high-quality beverages and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- provide legendary service to all customers and build a connection with them at the first encounter
- approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
- ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
