• Strategic and operational HR Business Partner for managers and employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• Consultation and active support of managers in personnel-related issues
• Close collaboration with HR services, talent acquisition, as well as personnel and organizational development to effectively implement and continuously develop HR initiatives
• Co-design and implementation of the HR strategy as well as strengthening the HR Business Partner model
• Needs-based hands-on support in recruiting and HR services
• Co-responsibility for KPI management, including deriving and implementing concrete measures to control and improve HR metrics
• Support for change and transformation projects with a focus on pragmatic, effective change management

• Strong hands-on mentality, pragmatic approach, and openness to new ways – with the ambition to actively shape things
• Solid professional experience as an HR Business Partner
• Completed basic training and further education in HR management (federal diploma HR or FH/University level)
• Experience in coaching, project management, and/or change management
• Proficient experience with MS Office and ideally SuccessFactors
• Energy industry knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
