Your Tasks
- Comprehensive nursing and care within the framework of the nursing process
- Assumption of daily responsibility
- Implementation and coordination of complex nursing interventions (e.g., wound management, mobilization, intensive basic care)
- Conducting medical rounds
- Organization and structuring of the daily work routine
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team with doctors, therapists, and other professionals
- Assistance in advising and supporting assistant staff and trainees
- Collaboration with internal and external agencies
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DN1/DN2
- Further training in Palliative Care is an advantage
- High self- and social competence
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Experience with medical technology is an advantage
- Experience with electronic nursing documentation KISIM is an advantage
- Experience with nursing needs assessment RAI-LTCF is an advantage

- Good oral and written German skills
