Do you enjoy working with specialized applications and are motivated to continuously develop yourself and learn new things? The Application Management team is responsible for the operation, further development, and stable deployment of applications for our specialist departments. In a versatile and dynamic environment, you work at the interface between the specialist department and IT and actively contribute to process optimization. Your tasks
- You support the specialist applications ASAL/AVAM, which are used in the WAS wira business area, and take on tasks such as coordinating updates and changes, maintaining templates, process support, and professional coordination.
- You ensure 2nd level support for the specialist applications ASAL/AVAM, iGeko, Kofax, and other applications.
- You work closely with the other two IT teams and coordinate the handling of interface and system issues with other affected applications.
- You support the specialist department in the optimal use of the technical possibilities of the applications and actively contribute to the optimization of workflows.
- You are responsible for granting permissions for the specialist applications via the federal IAM and take on the role of LRA Officer.
- You assist in organizing, planning, and conducting training sessions in the application environment.
- You actively participate in internal and external projects and contribute your expertise.
Your skills
- You have a commercial basic education.
- You preferably have knowledge of the professional activities in the WAS wira business area; experience with the specialist applications ASAL/AVAM is also an advantage.
- You have further training in business informatics or a comparable field or are willing to continue your education alongside your job.
- You are characterized by a high IT affinity, quick comprehension, and the ability to navigate well in a dynamic environment.
- You are a team-oriented and communicative personality with a strong service orientation and high commitment.
