Revenue Analyst (m/f/d)
Your extensive main responsibilities include, among others:
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, and other commercial KPIs
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts
• Monitoring competitor rates and market trends
• Recommending pricing strategies for room types, packages, and promotions
• Ensuring price parity and monitoring the distribution landscape
• Managing inventory and restrictions
• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, reservations, and operations to align strategies
• Participating in revenue meetings and presenting insights to management
• Ensuring data quality in PMS, RMS, and channel manager systems
• Supporting budgeting and long-term financial planning
• Evaluating the performance of channels and promotions with corresponding suggestions for corrective actions
You have a completed bachelor's degree in hospitality, business analytics, or a finance-related field and have already gained at least 3 years of experience in revenue management. Strong numerical and analytical skills as well as a high affinity for data characterize you just as much as very good knowledge of Excel and common reporting tools, proven experience with PMS systems, ideally Opera. Your communication and presentation skills are extremely pronounced, you have a structured, detail-oriented working style, and the ability to reliably meet multiple deadlines. A pronounced commercial understanding and the competence to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations are your great strengths.
