The Social Assistance Service – composed of about twenty social workers – has the mission to provide material and personal assistance to the refugee public. The Social Assistance Service works closely with other department services (administration, integration, housing, etc.)
It is within this Service that the cantonal Krapô! program is deployed, aiming to promote early and linguistic support for families with young children from pregnancy up to 8 years old, as well as the development of parenting skills based on Fribourg services.
