Mission
- Maintain good relationships with owners, tenants, concierges, and other real estate management collaborators
- Manage leases, rent adjustments
- Proceed with the re-letting of unoccupied properties
- Ensure secretarial and administrative follow-up of real estate management files related to the entrusted portfolio, both in terms of correspondence and budget monitoring
- Organize and manage entry and exit condition reports
- Ensure the follow-up of technical management and maintenance of all objects related to the entrusted portfolio
- Participate in the preparation of maintenance budgets, monitor and process invoices as well as technical claims
Required skills
- Commercial employee CFC or similar training
- Holder of a basic real estate training (USPI, SVIT) or federal real estate manager certificate
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of German desired
- Sense of organization and responsibility
