About the job
One of our central services is the logistics department, which is located on the Königsfelden site. Starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for you as
Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a logistics team of 11 employees
- Planning, control, and ensuring the daily logistics operations
- Deployment and duty planning of the logistics team
- Ensuring all transport and disposal services (including meals, medications, laundry, events, disposal)
- Participation in projects in the economic area
- Budget responsibility for the relevant accounts
- Management, data maintenance, and material administration in Navision software
- Ensuring material availability including handling special orders
- Deputizing for the head of economics in their absence
Profile
- Qualification as a logistics specialist FA (federal certificate) or equivalent further training
- Solid expertise in purchasing, central warehouse, and transport
- Very good user knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Navision
- Confident handling of budget responsibility and cost control
- Leadership experience in logistics
- High personal responsibility and reliability
- Service- and quality-oriented thinking
- Interest in continuous process improvement
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
