We are the cross-ING Group – a growing Swiss engineering company with around 250 employees spread across several companies. Our company was founded in October 2019 – many processes have already been implemented, but there is still room for development and design.
For our HR team in Winterthur, we are looking for you to strengthen the payroll area, ideally in an 80% workload.
Your responsibilities
Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing of our group
Data maintenance and control of entries and exits, changes, bonus payments, etc.
Withholding tax registrations and settlements
Collaboration on Excel sheets for the preparation of payroll payments
Use of our payroll accounting system bexio
Occasional support with HR administrative tasks
Collaboration with accounting, controlling, and social insurance
You bring with you
Commercial training or equivalent
First experience in payroll and great motivation to deepen your knowledge in this area
Very good Excel skills, affinity for numbers and tables
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Quick comprehension and pragmatism
Desire to take responsibility and think along
