The Frohmatt retirement center is a modern facility that offers various living arrangements tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with services within the building.
The Stollenweid house, as the fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who enjoy rural living.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for impeccable, well-groomed, and friendly service in all service areas (Restaurant Frohmi including terraces, multipurpose room, and at various events)
- Correctly receives feedback from guests and residents and forwards it to the appropriate places
- Responsible for a tailored guest offering in the Restaurant Frohmi
- Independently executes simple orders (drinks, coffee, cleaning materials, etc.)
- Operates the cash register system
- Cleansing tasks in the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Experience in service
- Completed training (restoration, hospitality) is an advantage
- High willingness to serve, social skills, and enjoyment of working in a restaurant with diverse guests
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Team-oriented, reliable, and meticulous work style
- Willingness for continuous further education
- High flexibility regarding working hours (shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM in a 7-day operation)
- Good oral and written German skills
