About the job
Your Tasks
- You lead the hospital's HR department with 15 employees and are responsible for all HR processes. You ensure an efficiently structured, practical, and digitized HR process landscape and, together with your team, especially support the division and department heads in fulfilling their personnel leadership responsibilities.
- You assign high priority to payroll, recruitment, occupational health management (BGM), and personnel development and empower your employees to independently, competently, timely, and appropriately provide the corresponding services. You promote leadership hospital-wide and ensure a suitable internal course offering. You foster a modern, appreciative, and performance-oriented corporate culture and are committed to high employer attractiveness.
- Currently, the consolidation of new IT systems and the ongoing digitalization are the focus. In addition, you and your team provide a high-quality data basis that, in close cooperation with controlling, forms the basis for data-driven analysis and management of HR key figures and personnel costs.
- As a member of the hospital management, you not only represent HR interests but are also interested in non-HR matters at the hospital level. It is expected that you contribute substantially to the strategic development of our acute care hospital in a challenging economic and health policy environment. The fulfillment of representative duties outside regular working hours is also part of the role.
Your Profile
- In addition to pronounced team spirit, leadership competence, and an empathetic and engaging demeanor, you maintain appreciative communication in all directions. Punctuality, reliability, and precise and structured work are a matter of course for you. Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength rounds off your personal profile.
- In leadership, you empower your employees to act independently and give them the necessary scope for action and decision-making.
- On a professional level, you have education and training in human resources at the university of applied sciences or university level, as well as several years of experience in operational HR work in a leadership position. You have solid knowledge of labor law as well as modern HR instruments and methods. In particular, you are experienced and confident in payroll, occupational health management, and recruitment and skilled in conducting demanding employee discussions. Executive board experience in a large company is an advantage. Finally, you have high IT competence and navigate confidently in a modern, digitally shaped, and continuously evolving work environment.
