Deputy Nursery Manager – Paudex
Your missions:
- Support management in the daily operation of the nursery and in implementing the establishment's project.
- Participate in the coordination and supervision of the educational team: organization, support, internal communication.
- Ensure the quality of care, safety, and well-being of the children, while respecting the educational project and current standards.
- Ensure, in collaboration with management, administrative and HR follow-up (schedules, replacements, integrations, communication with the administrative center).
- Contribute to a good team climate by promoting cohesion, motivation, and information flow.
- Be a trusted link between management, the team, and families.
Profile sought:
- Degree in early childhood (child educator, social work, or recognized equivalent).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role in an early childhood care structure.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor in work organization.
- Recognized interpersonal skills, ability to unite and work in a team.
- Proficiency in common computer tools.
- Fluent French, any other language is an asset.
