About the job

• In the cheese production, you produce our unique Kaltbach cheese varieties in a 2-shift operation and also prepare the corresponding starter cultures yourself.
• Variety is guaranteed, so you also take on tasks in milk reception and standardization, as well as at the cheese salting systems.
• You know hygiene, safety, production, and process standards inside out, and to ensure everything is correct, you secure all necessary verification documents.
• You enjoy working with your team and, as a coach, you train employees and apprentices on the equipment according to the training program.
• With your foresight, you also ensure material availability on the equipment, check and carry out cleaning and maintenance work according to guidelines, and bring suggestions for optimizing the equipment, production process, and interfaces.

• Your training as a dairy technologist EFZ, food technologist EFZ, preferably with a few years of professional experience in cheese production, fits perfectly.
• You appreciate a family atmosphere, a great team, and our unmistakable cheese enjoyment :-)
• You are familiar with common Office programs and have no problems with German.
