The Institute for Mobility at the University of St.Gallen (IMO-HSG) conducts research on future-oriented mobility solutions. At its core, it involves the ecological, economic, social, and behavioral investigation and classification of modern forms of mobility and the development of holistic mobility concepts.
We maintain a close-knit network with research institutions and mobility experts, especially from Europe, the USA, and China, as well as with decision-makers from politics and business.
Furthermore, the institute has been offering continuing education courses in collaboration with numerous internal and external experts for many years in the fields of sports management, change and innovation management, as well as the mobility sector.
Your Tasks
- Administrative tasks in a two-person team for our continuing education courses CAS Smart Mobility Management and CAS Change & Innovation Management
- Planning and execution of the modules
- Support of marketing and communication activities
- Support of participants before, during, and after the course weeks
- Provision of course information on the course platform
- Maintenance of the website as well as the LinkedIn presence
- Organization of social events
- Updating promotional materials
- Management of the CRM system (customer relationship management)
- Support of the community alumni platform including job board

- You appreciate independent work and enjoy taking on responsibility
- You are a customer-oriented and sociable person with organizational talent
- You find it easy to keep an overview even under pressure and to work with high and precise quality
- You are an upbeat and reliable team player
- You have assertiveness
- You have professional experience in the administrative field and are confident in German
- You find it easy to work with electronic media
- Solid IT skills (MS Office) are a prerequisite
- You are flexible in terms of time during the implementation of the continuing education modules
- You have an interest in marketing and content creation topics
