• Legal clarifications as well as drafting memos and orders in the area of Recovery & Resolution
• Support in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings as well as forced liquidations of institutions
• Processing recognition requests
• Participation in crisis management for destabilized institutions
• Contributing to the development of concepts and plans for insolvency measures as well as – if possible – policy and regulatory work at national and international levels

• Completed master's degree in law (Swiss university) at the start of the position
• Interest in financial market law and insolvency law issues
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Initial professional experience alongside studies is an advantage
• Strong editorial skills and articulate expression
• German or French language skills (C2) and very good knowledge of the other language (B2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
