The Migration Office is looking for a
Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)
for the center with an integration character Bergruh in Amden starting August 1, 2026
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: Amden
What to expect
- Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire property as well as the outdoor facilities
- Carrying out repair work on buildings and furniture as well as care and organization of the workshop
- Ensuring the functionality of technical systems (e.g., heating)
- Management and supervision of the maintenance program for the residents
- Conveying work culture and providing professional guidance within the programs
- Cross-departmental collaboration in the center's operations as well as deputizing in the catering program
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field with EFZ qualification
- Manual skills and technical understanding for building maintenance (e.g., heating, sanitary, electrical)
- Independent and structured working style as well as flexibility with changing tasks
- Team spirit and enjoyment in working with people from different cultures
- Organizational talent, resilience, and sense of responsibility, especially regarding occupational safety
- Good IT skills and a category B driving license
- Ideally: experience in supervising employees or further training in facility services
