The Migration Office is looking for a

Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)

for the center with an integration character Bergruh in Amden starting August 1, 2026

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: Amden

What to expect

• Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire property as well as the outdoor facilities
• Carrying out repair work on buildings and furniture as well as care and organization of the workshop
• Ensuring the functionality of technical systems (e.g., heating)
• Management and supervision of the maintenance program for the residents
• Conveying work culture and providing professional guidance within the programs
• Cross-departmental collaboration in the center's operations as well as deputizing in the catering program

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field with EFZ qualification
• Manual skills and technical understanding for building maintenance (e.g., heating, sanitary, electrical)
• Independent and structured working style as well as flexibility with changing tasks
• Team spirit and enjoyment in working with people from different cultures
• Organizational talent, resilience, and sense of responsibility, especially regarding occupational safety
• Good IT skills and a category B driving license
• Ideally: experience in supervising employees or further training in facility services
